Mike's Safety Tip
Three Points of Contact How many times have you seen someone jump out of their truck? Or, watched someone quickly climb up into the cab? Falls are no laughing matter. Slips trips and falls account for the primary cause of lost days from work and approximately 85% of workman’s comp claims are attributed to slips trips and falls. Unfortunately, were not getting better. Slips trips and falls are on the rise. At current trends, 59,000 people will die annually by 2030 by slips trips and falls in the US alone. Do your part, wear appropriate footwear, and don’t get in a hurry. When you climb in and out of your truck, remember to face the vehicle, and use three points of contact. Have a safe week, thanks Mike 406-274-8519
